CurTask runs in your browser

There's nothing to install. Sign in from an up-to-date browser on Windows, macOS or Linux and your library is there. Desktop apps for Mac and Windows are coming later.

Free to start, no card needed.

Browser extension

Save papers in one click. Coming soon.

Save to CurTask is a free extension for Chrome, Edge and Brave. Open it on the paper you're reading and the paper goes into your Global Library, ready to read and analyse.

  • Saves the paper's details, its PDF (using your own access), projects, tags and a note in one click
  • Shows each step as it happens, from details saved to text read
  • Tells you when a paper has no PDF: its details are saved and marked, so you can add the PDF later
  • Saves several papers at once from a Google Scholar results list
  • Small Save buttons on Google Scholar and publisher pages, which you can switch off

Sign up free with product news switched on, and we'll email you when the extension and the desktop apps are ready.

Your writing and notes save in the browser and sync when you're back online.

  • One account, every computer

Sign in anywhere and your library, projects and writing are the same.

  • Always the latest version

Nothing to update or reinstall: improvements arrive when you reload.
