3. Account Registration

To use CurTask, you must:

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Plan

CurTask offers a free plan with limited features. The free plan is subject to usage limits and may be modified at any time.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features and higher usage limits. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions will be honored until renewal

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After this period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CurTask to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Scrape, data mine, or use automated systems to access the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload to CurTask, including your references, notes, and documents. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

CurTask and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CurTask and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Academic Integrity

CurTask is designed to support legitimate academic work. You agree to:

  • Not use CurTask to facilitate plagiarism or academic dishonesty

  • Damage to academic standing or reputation

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CurTask and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the service will cease immediately
  • You may export your data before termination using our export features
  • We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of CurTask after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
